Registering with Enable

Registering to be listed in the Support Providers Directory

Before proceeding, please check whether your organisation is already featured in the Support Providers Directory, by either searching by organisation name or completing a location search. If your organisation is not listed, then please complete this joining form in two short stages. Firstly, you will be asked to submit basic details about yourself, your organisation and the parts of the UK that you serve. On sending and confirming these details, you will immediately receive a second form allowing you to describe in more detail the service you provide.

Registering to receive Enable services

If your organisation is already featured in the Support Providers Directory, but you would like to register, please complete this form. Up to five individuals per organisation are able to become Enable members and have access to all Enable services. Your application will be checked with the primary contact listed in the Support Providers Directory for your organisation before approval.
